What to Expect:
After calling or emailing to schedule your appointment, we will e-mail you a link to complete the majority of your intake via our online portal. This allows the docs to see what your main complaints are prior to coming in, and for you to enter your insurance information.
On your appointment day, you will be greeted by a member of our exceptional staff as you walk in the door. We will ask to make a copy of your insurance card and will give you a few short papers that weren’t able to be completed online to complete before you see one of our docs. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you have ample time to complete the necessary paperwork and get your chart created. Better yet, you can download and complete the forms online before your appointment!

Insurance Information
West County Spine & Joint will bill your insurance company for treatment. Upon entering our office for the first time, We will ask to make a copy of your insurance card and will call your insurance company to verify the benefits that you have available in our office and communicate those benefits to you. Benefits vary widely from company to company. We suggest you check with your provider and find out what they cover and what portion of treatment you may be responsible for.
