What to Expect:
You will be greeted by a member of our exceptional staff as you walk in the door. April will ask to make a copy of your insurance card and will give you several pieces of paper to fill out before you see Dr. Lauren. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you have ample time to complete the necessary paperwork. Better yet, you can download and complete the forms online before your appointment!

West County Spine & Joint will bill your insurance company for treatment. Upon entering our office for the first time, April will ask to make a copy of your insurance card and will call your insurance company to verify the benefits that you have available in our office and communicate those benefits to you. Benefits vary widely from company to company. We suggest you check with your provider and find out what they cover and what portion of treatment you may be responsible for.
