Dr. Lauren Hendrix, DC, MS was born and raised in West St. Louis County, Missouri. She began her endurance career at Marquette High School running cross country & track, where she garnered all-state and state champion

accolades. She continued her running and equestrian career at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. After DePauw, Dr. Lauren began her Chiropractic education at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. While at Logan, Dr. Lauren was a Red Badge in the Biofreeze Sports & Rehabilitation Center under Dr. Laney Nelson, completed a Masters Degree in Sports Rehabilitation , became certified to perform Graston Technique© and was part of a research group studying Dynamic vs. Static Treatment of Lower Extremity Complaints with Graston ^® Technique. Her most recent certification is through Dr. Stacy Sims and focuses on the specific needs of the female athlete through all stages of life. As we say, “Women are not small men!”. Dr. Lauren specializes in working with a women’s physiology, not against it.

Dr. Lauren continues to study the latest research in spinal care, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention and frequently has chiropractic students shadow her. In her spare time, Dr. Lauren trains for ultramarathon trail races and goes horseback riding any chance she gets!  She serves as assistant cross country coach at Marquette High School and is a member of Big Shark Triathlon Team and ON PACE Triathlon Training Club. She has served as Assistant Coach to the St. Louis Blazers Track Club and has served on the Girls on The Run race committee. She was honored to give the Commencement Addresses to the Logan University graduating classes of December 2017 and August 2020. She considers these highlights of her career.

Dr. Matt Davidson, DC has a passion for lifelong health for every human! He proves that on a daily basis through his personal lifestyle and how he chooses to communicate health with patients. Dr. Matt has undergraduate degrees from Thomas More College and a Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic. Before, during and after his education, he has competed in over 300 endurance racing events ranging from 5k to 50k runs, and sprint triathlons to the Ironman World Championships. He is a member of the Suunto Multisport Team, loves supporting his local triathlon and trail racing community, and all youth athletic events. Dr. Matt also owes much of his success to his loving wife (ok, ok, we might have added that last part in without his permission). He loves watching his kids grow and develop their individual passions- Cooper as a 11^th grade Cross Country & Track runner, and Marin as an 8^th grade soccer player, cross country runner, and equestrian. He and Dr. Lauren are anxious to see what their baby boy (born November 13th, 2019) will find his passions in (he currently loves trucks and being outside!)
